Individual support for decision-makers and professionals
Decision-makers, experts, professionals, and specialists—as well as those aspiring to become one—trust me with their challenges in one-on-one coaching. I support them in achieving their goals, finding their own solutions and overcoming obstacles that may have been standing in their way for some time.
Goal- and solution-oriented, Systemic Approach
The approach I use in my coaching process is goal- and solution-oriented. Interpersonal relationships and dynamics play a central role in my coaching work. Another equally important component is recognising and verbalising emotions and the underlying needs.
The process: After examining your starting situation, the focus shifts to your truly desired, reflected, and realistic goals. I offer new perspectives, ask selected questions, and challenge you with hypotheses. Skills, resources, and perhaps even hidden talents are (re)discovered, and solutions are developed—always with your goals in mind. Once a solution is specified, we work out the steps for transferring it into everyday life. Step by step. Often, small changes lead to bigger ones.
What could this mean for you? — Examples:
- Tailored solutions — concrete and actionable: Thanks to the coaching process and methodology, the solutions developed are tailor-made for you and your situation. They are concrete and feasible, you're on your way to achieving your goals.
- More clarity, better decisions, and standing up for yourself: In the end, you’ll likely feel more (self-) connected, with a clearer view of perspectives, motivations and dynamics. You’ll make decisions with reason, integrating carefully your gut feeling, and be better equipped to stand up for yourself and communicate your positions thoughtfully and appropriately.
- Initiate and sustain change: You may have made some adjustments or be about to set bigger changes in motion, after taking a balancing look inside and out. Or you may have found new ways to better stick to desired changes.
Competent, certified coaching
In our sessions, I use scientifically recognized and well-proven methods and techniques. I completed my coaching certification at the INeKO Institute at the University of Cologne. The program’s core Systemic Coaching combined with person-centred communication techniques based on Carl Rogers.
Duration — Achieve your goals effectively
Sometimes, just one or two sessions are enough. In most cases, however, it’s five to eight sessions, spread over four to six months. Occasionally, a longer support period of around twelve months can benefit the client, for instance during a generational change in the leadership of a family business. I am fully committed to helping you achieve your goals as effectively and efficiently as possible. Thanks to my broad professional experience, I can quickly understand different interpersonal environments and the challenges my clients face. At the same time, I am always aware of how unique each person, and their views on their surroundings and challenges are.
My professional background: Founder, managing director and management consultant
I bring over 15 years of experience as a founder and managing director of my own companies. In consulting I worked with a wide range of people in companies and associations across various economic regions of the world. This includes collaborating with operational teams, vice presidents, managing directors, executive boards, and shareholders in companies with diverse ownership structures. The companies ranged from state-owned enterprises, family businesses and listed companies to firms with private equity involvement.
